Keep aside some ‘maintenance time’

You know how the mechanics used to shut down their engines (the ones in factories, dude) half an hour before they went home – they checked it and fixed any issues and they call it the maintenance time. You too need to keep aside some time (2-3 hours per week should suffice) to organize your work place, your files, clients, accounts etc This will increase productivity and reduce stress.
