Start Freelancing on the Internet

I began freelancing on the internet way back in 1999 when the first freelancing website Elance.com began its operations. Then I went on to Guru.com, A2ZMoonlighter.com (which has since acquired Guru.com) and SmarterWork.com. I still freelance on Guru, Elance, RentaCoder and LimeExchange.
Since I began I have earned thousands of dollars on these sites and hence thought that I now need to pass on this knowledge to others like me who dream of having their company, but no source of capital. My way of getting capital – work for it!
So this blog is all about freelancing, and other LEGAL ways of making money on the internet. Yes, legal ways. I will NOT tell you about crappy MLM schemes or spamming methods or scams like surveys and HYIP. If someone is offering you a way to earn money doing nothing, he is either the world’s biggest fool or the greatest con artist. (You all have gotten emails notifying you of millions of dollars won by you or given by some Nigerian prince)
To make money on the internet, like every other job or business, you need to have certain skills (sometimes even basic ones like data entry), hard working attitude and patience. And yes, ofcourse a computer and an internet connection, which in all probabilities you have since you are reading this blog
